Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of a business relationship, including but not limited to campaign strategies, creator rates, brand budgets, and business plans. This obligation continues for 2 years after the end of the relevant engagement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creators Ideology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Creators Ideology in the 3 months preceding the claim.
